I recently purchased an adjustable bed frame from Raymour & Flanigan that I was told would be compatible with my existing bed. Unfortunately, upon attempting to use it, I discovered that the product was not compatible at all. This was not a minor oversight — it was a clear mismatch that should have been identified by the staff prior to the sale.
What made the experience worse was the lack of accountability and support when I returned to address the issue. Rather than working with me to find a resolution or make things right, the staff was dismissive and unaccommodating. There was no effort to understand the inconvenience caused or retain my business.
I expected a higher level of professionalism and customer care from a company of this scale. Sadly, this experience has led me to take my business elsewhere, and I cannot recommend Raymour & Flanigan to others based on how this situation was handled.
